What Happens in a Session

Every session is slightly different because each woman arrives with a different nervous system state and needs.

We begin with a short check-in. You’ll share what has been weighing on you recently and what you would like support with during our time together.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed or emotionally activated, we may begin by slowing things down. I may guide a short grounding practice to help your nervous system settle and bring more presence into the moment.

From there, the session may include reflection, emotional processing, intuitive guidance, and gentle energetic support.

Some sessions are quiet and inward. Others are more conversational. Both are welcome.

As the session unfolds, I may offer observations and reflections that help bring clarity to what you’re experiencing.

Before the session ends, we identify simple ways to support you after our time together so that the insights from the session can continue to support you in daily life.

Many women are used to holding everything together for everyone around them. Over time, that pressure can leave their nervous system constantly on edge, which often shows up as reactivity, exhaustion, or guilt.

With a background in psychology and training in trauma-informed somatic practices, Intuition Medicine®, and Reiki, my approach integrates psychological understanding, somatic awareness, intuitive insight, and energetic practices to support women in reconnecting with their own clarity and inner guidance.
