Meet Luisa
Hello!I didn’t come to this work because I had everything figured out. I came to it because I didn’t.
I was born in Colombia, and my path has been shaped by experiences that asked me to build strength and self-trust from an early age. Becoming a mother expanded that in ways nothing else could.
I’ve raised my children with very little support, while building a life in a different country—learning to rely deeply on my instincts and to hold a home through uncertainty, exhaustion, and love. There were moments of loneliness, moments of questioning, and moments where I had to find my own way.
That lived experience is why I connect so deeply with the challenges of motherhood. It’s also what shaped my commitment to support mothers who are carrying so much, often quietly, so they don’t have to do it alone.
Alongside my lived experience, my work is grounded in both psychology and integrative healing.
I hold a degree in psychology, I’m a Master Practitioner of Intuition Medicine®, a Reiki Master, and I’m trained in Womb Healing® and trauma-informed somatic and parts-based work.
Over time, I’ve been drawn to approaches that don’t just happen in sessions—but that can be lived inside a real home, a real body, a real day. The kind of support that meets you in the middle of motherhood, not outside of it.
I understand what it feels like to love deeply and still feel overwhelmed. To want to be present and find yourself reacting in ways that don’t feel like you. To carry so much—and quietly wonder where you went.
My work sits at the intersection of nervous system support, emotional regulation, and intuitive guidance. It’s not about fixing you—and it’s not just about insight.
It’s about helping you shift how you respond in real moments. To move from reactivity into steadiness. From overwhelm into something you can actually hold. From disconnection back into yourself.
Mothers come to me when they feel reactive, stretched thin, or disconnected from themselves. Together, we slow things down, work with what’s happening in your system, and create changes you can feel—in your body, your responses, and your everyday life.
You don’t need to become a different person.
You don’t need more pressure, more tools, or more expectations.
You need support that actually meets you where you are.
And that’s the space I hold.
